TRM: High Performance Cloud for Maximo®

Customers

TRM’s Maximo Cloud customers tend to be some of the more complex, asset-intensive Maximo users who require extremely fast up-time and configurability to meet their asset maintenance requirements.

A sampling of TRM’s Maximo customers in the cloud demonstrates the complexity of their missions and scale of operations from defense logistics support to industrial manufacturing.  Here’s a selected sample of their diversity and scale:

  • BOS (base operating support) contractors to logistics organizations supporting national security: TRM provides day-to-day managed services to facilitate the development of customizations and configurations to Maximo requested by the contractor and its defense customer.  TRM manages all aspects of the system and hosting infrastructure including L1/L2 support and providing licensing and software maintenance.
  • Facilities, operations and maintenance provider servicing over 14 million square feet of commercial and government buildings throughout eight states
  • Generating clean coal power along the eastern seaboard: our customer needed to migrate their internally hosted customer environment to TRM's hosted environment when a subset of power plants were sold from the parent company.  Due to the disposition timeline, the requirement was to have a fully-functioning Maximo system up-and-running in 30 days.  TRM performed a major data migration task to satisfy the term before TRM could use in the new hosted environment.
  • Managing storm water for a state Department of Transportation (DOT): TRM is hosting Maximo Asset Management and Maximo Spatial 7.5 for a state with unique weather conditions and their contractors to enhance user capabilities to schedule, plan, track, and manage inspections and maintenance activities on the stormwater assets. TRM manages all aspects of the system and hosting infrastructure including L1/L2 support and providing licensing and software maintenance.  TRM also hosts the DOT’s AMS, a custom built GIS system using ESRI's ArcGIS/SDE technologies.  TRM was responsible for transfer of the AMS system from the previous hosting provider to TRM’s hosting infrastructure.
  • One of the US largest states by geography
  • One of the world’s leading coatings and specialty products manufacturing companies.
